• In charge of the lighting business development in Russia.
• Identify, develop and build business networks and relationships with relevant customers and key decision makers.
• Generate profitable sales in new accounts that meet and exceed business revenue goals in Russia.
• Pay regular visits to potential customers and do site visits to understand local market.
• Update the market situation and analyze competitors' strength and weakness to set suitable strategies for different regions.
• Bachelor or above.
• Fluent in English.
• More than 3 years' sales management experience in lighting areas.
